partnersWe can’t fight this virus alone, so our on-site teams proactively meet with tenants to communicate our strategies to enhance building operations, cleaning, and the promotion of social distancing. Our teams perform daily temperature checks and wear appropriate PPE, and we ensure there are multiple hand-sanitizing stations throughout the common areas as well as hands-free doors and fixtures.

guidelinesUpon approaching a Bridge-managed property, the first thing you’ll see at the entrance is signage that set out the building’s social distancing guidelines —they encourage tenants to wear masks, stay six feet apart, etc. Elevator lobby signs limit the number of people who can use the elevator at one time, and stairwells are also open as an alternative.

filtrationOur ASHRAE-compliant HVAC systems are cleaned regularly (coil sanitation & filter replacement) and maintained to the highest industry standards. We’ve increased HVAC operations and fresh air intake to the maximum design specifications while maintaining ASHRAE compliant humidity and temperature levels within the building in order to provide a healthy interior environment.
|
sanitationOur housekeeping staff continually disinfects surfaces and high-touch points in the common areas and bathrooms with government-approved cleaning solutions. Our goal is not only to ensure cleanliness, but to be more visible in action to our tenants. In some cases, this means bringing on more day porters for the building. If you’re interested in having extra cleaning for your space, contact your Bridge property manager.
|
distancingWe’ve removed furniture in our lobbies and shared conference spaces to ensure a six-foot distance between seats. Some building amenities are closed, others are open on a limited schedule. Social-distancing guidelines are clearly visible with floor decals for spacing or directional flow. We’ll continually monitor conditions and CDC guidelines to ensure best practices.
